Yep. If I have to buy new redlines to keep the look, $150 is a lot for spray painted steelies. It's like he wants money for coming up with the color scheme.

65-72 or so? Not 100% sure on exact dates. But decent rally wheels are $150-$200 all the time. If you check the stampings on the wheels you might even get lucky and find a rare one that's worth more to somebody interested in originality.
